Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding additional delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return of Goods

Please contact us before returning any items.
In many cases, a physical return is not required.

If a return is necessary, you will be informed accordingly.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• made to the consumer’s specifications, or

• clearly personalized.
