These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by shipping confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices and include applicable taxes and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Products are manufactured on demand.
Delivery times consist of a production phase and a shipping phase.

Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable for the customer.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are displayed during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Print-on-Demand Notice

Products are produced individually on demand.
Please contact us before returning any items.

9. Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.

10. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
